welcome to a new year and the start of a journey in a new direction.
this last year was easily the worst year of my life, and with this acceptance I am determined to make 2025 the best year of my life.
how am I going to do that, you might ask?
I want to be clear with my goals and intentions and build daily practices that will serve me well into my future. to start, a what I want to accomplish in this first week is simply:
- wake up each morning with prayer, meditation, stretch and gratitude
- have a planned day and limit the amount of downtown
- set clear weekly/monthly goals and define plans to achieve them
